Richmond Economic Development Corporation (REDC) and its board of directors announced the promotion of Brenda L. Lewis to Senior Vice President. Ms. Lewis has been serving as the organization's Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the past year, and will continue in this capacity, along with managing the organization's Grants and Information Management functions. During Ms. Lewis' tenure, the organization has expanded "assets under management" to over $8 million and received unqualified and clean opinions on its audited financial statements during the past seven years. Ms. Lewis has studied at Virginia Commonwealth University in the areas of computer science with a concentration in accounting.
